Giving community members the chance to thrive and feel seen is at the heart of Diamond Willow Ministries, located on the Crow Creek Reservation in Fort Thompson. The organization’s work is rooted in building relationships in the community so individuals can feel heard, supported and safe.
Support is offered in many ways, including youth and family programs, mentorship, spiritual guidance and encouragement.
Diamond Willow’s outreach includes the Tokata Youth Center, a place where young people, from kindergarten through high school, can feel secure and supported.
Through its work, the organization strives to build brighter futures and create lasting hope, stability and transformation for families and the community as a whole.
