Eligibility:
Child of a Tripp County Water User District member or a resident in one of the participating communities within the districtÂ
Current graduating seniors of Winner, Colome, Gregory, Burke, and South Central high schools
Cumulative GPA of 2.8Â
Brief statement about how rural water has impacted you or your community
Current photo is required for publications
Attending any South Dakota college, university, or technical college
