Eligibility:
Current graduating seniors of T.F. Riggs High School and Stanley County High School
Cumulative GPA of 3.0
Based on financial need
Attending any South Dakota college or university (no private schools)
April 1 deadline

Riggs High School or Stanley County High School with a minimum high school GPA of 3.0, and they must maintain this GPA after the first semester of post-secondary education.
