Founded in 2005 Giving Back to the Iroquois-Carthage Area

The Iroquois-Carthage Area Community Foundation was created in 2005 to provide financial support to charitable and nonprofit purposes in the Iroquois-Carthage area at the recommendation of a local Board of Directors. Farmers & Merchants State Bank of Iroquois took the initiative to invest in the community and create a long-term asset for future projects and programs. The Iroquois-Carthage communities now have a vehicle that can accept charitable donations to support local projects and programs. As the fund grows, so will the amount available for grants to the community.
