Founded in 2010 Giving Back to Avon
The Avon Community Foundation was revitalized in response to ongoing community needs and a shared vision to help Avon continue to thrive for generations to come. Operating in partnership with South Dakota Community Foundation since 2010, ACF will provide support for charitable and nonprofit purposes within the community through local grantmaking and community investment. The foundation is focused on increasing awareness, growing community support, and expanding grantmaking opportunities for local projects and initiatives.
Grants
Grant applications are available at Avon City Hall or through SDCF’s website and will be accepted through July 1, 2026.
