Evelyn & Walfred Torvik Memorial Fund

To provide financial support to charitable & nonprofit purposes for the Sisseton Memorial Library in Sisseton, SD or in the absence of library need, for other needs in the Sisseton area at the recommendation of the Sisseton Area Foundation Advisory Council.
